Bamboo whisk and spoon for matcha tea.
The traditional matcha whisk, or Chansen, is made from a single piece of golden bamboo.
It is a whisk with 100 strands, allowing to obtain a perfect emulsion of matcha tea.
The Matcha Whisk is essential for a Japanese tea ceremony and for making beaten matcha tea.
After pouring the tea powder and then the hot water over, beat the preparation with the whisk, zigzagging, until a froth forms on the surface.
The Matcha tea spoon, or Chashaku, is used exclusively for the use of Matcha tea powder.
A spoonful of Matcha with Chashaku is equivalent to a dose for 1 person.
A traditional instrument of the Japanese tea ceremony, the Matcha tea spoon will accompany you just as well on a daily basis for your Matcha tea preparations.
After use, rinse with clear water and handle it gently.
Do not use detergents.
Wipe well with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
