The Colmar carrot (Daucus carota) is a sweet variety with a red interior.
It is reputed to be one of the largest carrots.
It will be perfect in your soups, sauce dishes or raw (grated or in sticks).
To change traditional recipes (beef bourguignon, veal blanquette...) we advise you to try the leek and carrot curry or carrot balls with cumin.
Sowing will take place between May and July with sunny exposure and harvest/flowering between September and December.
Remember to cover them with a mixture of very fine soil and sand over a few millimetres.
Capacity: 2.03 grams for 1500 seeds.
