To associate with a Chawan (bowl of ceremony) and a Chashaku (spoon to matcha).
After pouring the tea powder and then the hot water over it, beat the preparation with the Chasen (whip matcha) by making zigzags, until a foam forms on the surface.
This whisk is handmade in the mountainous Zhejiang region of China.
After use, rinse with clear water by handling it gently.
Do not use detergents.
The stainless steel straw, a real alternative to the tea ball, is easy to clean, and is suitable for all kinds of infusions: teas, herbal teas, flowers, cold or hot.
